What happens if it breaks?
You call me — (641) 530-2599 — and I fix it. I built it, so there's no support-ticket maze. Every tool is tested before it goes live. If you want me on standby every month, that's the AI Department plan; it's never required for a build.
Will it work with the software I already use?
That's the point. The tool gets built around what you already run: QuickBooks, your scheduler, your phone, your spreadsheets. You don't switch systems, and your crew doesn't learn new software.
Is my customer data safe?
The tools run on your website and your systems, so your customer data never leaves your business. Nothing gets sold or shared, and every message the tool sends is right there for you to read first. Chatbots only ever use public info like your hours and prices.
What if I want out later?
A website or a one-time tool is yours outright. It keeps working whether or not we ever talk again. The monthly plan has no contract: cancel any month and keep everything I built.
Do I need to understand AI to use this?
No. You need someone who does. You read plain-English drafts and tap approve. The technical side is my problem, not yours.
Do you have to be local?
No. If you're in North Iowa I'll come sit at your desk — that's the easy version. Everywhere else we do it over a screen share, which is how most software gets built anyway. You're still talking to me, not a team you never meet, and your zip code doesn't change the price.
