The demos and sample tools

The businesses, names, phone numbers and customers in the trade demos are made up. The demos show how a tool works. They aren't live and they don't send real messages. Software prices shown with a demo are examples of what similar tools often cost, taken from public price lists. Your costs may differ.

Nothing here is a quote

Timelines like "2 to 4 weeks for most jobs" and the features described on this site are general. Your price, timeline and what's included are whatever your written proposal says.

When you hire me

The written proposal you approve, and any agreement we both sign, covers the work, the price, and who owns what. If it ever disagrees with this page, the written proposal wins.

Using this site

You're welcome to look around, try every demo, and share links. Please don't try to break or overload the site, and don't copy the site, its words or its tools to sell as your own. They belong to Praxis AI Solutions.

Texts from a business that uses a tool I built

If a business uses a texting tool I built for it, that business sends the texts from its own account. Reply STOP to any of those texts to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. How often you get texts depends on your dealings with that business.

The site itself comes as is

I work to keep this site accurate and running, but I can't promise it's always error-free or available. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses from using this site or its demos. Work you hire me for is covered by your written agreement, not this page.

Iowa law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Iowa.

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
