For massage studios & day spas

Massage and day spas: book clients while you're mid-massage.

I build small tools for massage studios and spas: online booking by service, therapist and time, a text back when you're in a session, and one review ask after each visit. It works next to your booking software, and you approve every message.

The real problem

The phone rings during a 90-minute session.

You can't step out of a session to answer. By the time you're done, the caller has booked somewhere that picked up.

Reviews come in when somebody remembers to ask, and between sessions nobody does.

Many studios move up a plan tier just for text reminders or review requests, or pay for a review platform, an answering service or a website retainer on top of their booking software.

Try it on your phone

What the massage demo shows

It's a made-up studio called Example Massage & Spa. Open it on your phone and tap through it the way your customer would. Nothing in it is live, so poke around.

  1. Book your massage

Clients pick a service, a therapist, a day and an open time on their phone, even at 10 p.m. The reminder texts schedule themselves.

  2. Missed call during a session

Jess calls about a 90-minute massage with a gift card. She gets a text with the booking link, books Saturday at 10 with Tasha, and you get a note on your phone.

  3. Review request after a visit

After each visit, the client gets one polite text with a link to leave a review. Everyone gets the same ask, with no filtering, which is what Google's rules require.

The monthly bills

What massage studios and day spas often pay each month

What usually stays: your booking, SOAP notes and payments system. What I build takes over the missed-call replies, reminder texts and review asks.

Prices are what each linked page showed when I checked on October 23, 2026. Vendors change prices, and several sources are reviews or comparison sites rather than the vendor's own page, so check your own bill. I don't list my prices here. You get one written price after the free walkthrough.

How it works

How working with me goes

Every studio is different, so I don't guess from the outside. The first look is free, and nothing gets built until you've said yes to one written price.

STEP 1

Free walkthrough

A 20-minute call, or a free 2-minute video built for your studio. You tell me what eats your time. I tell you straight if I can fix it.

STEP 2

One price, in writing

A short write-up and one price before you pay anything. No hourly meter. If I can't build it, no charge.

STEP 3

Built around what you use

Your booking, SOAP notes and payments system stays. The new tool works next to it, so nobody learns a new system.

STEP 4

You approve every message

You read and okay the wording before the tool sends anything, and you can change it any time.

STEP 5

You own it

It's yours outright. It keeps working whether or not we ever talk again.

STEP 6

Up and running

Most tools are working in 2 to 4 weeks from your yes. I'm a phone call away if something needs a change.

Remote or in person, same price. I'm based in Mason City, Iowa. If your studio is in North Iowa, I'll come sit at your desk. Anywhere else, we do it over a screen share: you see what I see, and you're talking to me the whole time, not a team you never meet.

Straight answers

Questions massage studios and day spas ask

Can clients pick their therapist?

Yes. In the demo, clients pick the service, the therapist and the time. You decide who shows up for what.

Do I have to leave my booking software?

No. Your booking software stays. The tool works next to it.

What about gift cards?

The text back can tell clients to bring their gift card, and the note on your phone mentions it, like Jess's in the demo. Selling gift cards stays in your current system.

Do you only work with massage studios and day spas in Iowa?

No. If you're in North Iowa, I'll come to you. Everywhere else, we work over a screen share, which is how most software gets built anyway. Your zip code doesn't change the price.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your studio needs, so I don't post prices. The walkthrough is free and ends with one price in writing. A one-time tool is a one-time price, and if I can't build it, there's no charge. Texting and hosting have a small monthly bill in your own name, and I'll show you that number up front too.

Let's talk

Tell me what's eating your time.

One free call, or a free 2-minute video of what this would look like in your studio or spa. If there's nothing worth building, I'll tell you that too.
