For chiropractic offices

Chiropractic offices: fewer no-shows, and no more reminder calls.

I build small tools for the front desk of a chiropractic office: online booking that works at 10 p.m., reminder texts that patients confirm or move with one reply, and a friendly check-in for patients who fell off their plan. It works next to your practice software, and you approve every message.

The real problem

An empty table you didn't see coming.

A patient forgets, or their kid's game gets moved, and nobody finds out until the slot is already empty. Someone on the front desk spends part of every day calling to confirm tomorrow's visits.

Then there are the patients who just stop coming. They felt better, life got busy, and they never finished their plan. Nobody has time to call each one.

Many offices pay for a higher software plan to get texting, review requests and recall, or a separate texting platform the office only partly uses.

What the chiropractic demo shows

It's a made-up office called Example Chiropractic. Open it on your phone and tap through it the way your customer would. Nothing in it is live, so poke around.

  1. Book a visit

Patients pick a service, a day and an open time on their phone, even at 10 p.m. The reminder texts schedule themselves.

  2. Reminder with a one-tap reschedule

Megan gets a reminder two days ahead, replies 2, and picks a new time from three open slots. Her old slot shows up as open for someone on the waitlist.

  3. We miss you board

Patients who stopped coming get a friendly check-in before they're gone for good.

The monthly bills

What chiropractic offices often pay each month

These are tools chiropractic offices often pay a monthly bill for, at published or reported prices. Each price links to where it came from.

Weave Base alone comes to $2,388 a year at that price.

What usually stays: your EHR and scheduling system (ChiroTouch, ChiroFusion, Genesis, ChiroHD or Jane). What I build takes over the booking page, reminder texts, recall check-ins and review asks.

Prices are what each linked page showed when I checked on October 23, 2026. Vendors change prices, and several sources are reviews or comparison sites rather than the vendor's own page, so check your own bill. I don't list my prices here. You get one written price after the free walkthrough.

How it works

How working with me goes

Every office is different, so I don't guess from the outside. The first look is free, and nothing gets built until you've said yes to one written price.

STEP 1

Free walkthrough

A 20-minute call, or a free 2-minute video built for your office. You tell me what eats your time. I tell you straight if I can fix it.

STEP 2

One price, in writing

A short write-up and one price before you pay anything. No hourly meter. If I can't build it, no charge.

STEP 3

Built around what you use

Your EHR and scheduling system stay. The new tool works next to them, so your front desk doesn't learn a new system.

STEP 4

You approve every message

You read and okay the wording before the tool sends anything, and you can change it any time.

STEP 5

You own it

It's yours outright. It keeps working whether or not we ever talk again.

STEP 6

Up and running

Most tools are working in 2 to 4 weeks from your yes. I'm a phone call away if something needs a change.

Remote or in person, same price. I'm based in Mason City, Iowa. If your office is in North Iowa, I'll come sit at your desk. Anywhere else, we do it over a screen share: you see what I see, and you're talking to me the whole time, not a team you never meet.

Straight answers

Questions chiropractic offices ask

Can patients move their own appointment?

Yes. They reply to the reminder, pick from a few open times, and the old slot shows up as open for your waitlist. In the demo, Megan moves from Thursday to Monday with two replies.

Do we have to leave ChiroTouch or Jane?

No. Your practice software stays where it is. The tool works next to it.

Won't the check-ins bother patients?

It's one friendly text, then a couple of gentle follow-ups at most, and it stops when they reply. You write the wording.

Do you only work with chiropractic offices in Iowa?

No. If you're in North Iowa, I'll come to you. Everywhere else, we work over a screen share, which is how most software gets built anyway. Your zip code doesn't change the price.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your office needs, so I don't post prices. The walkthrough is free and ends with one price in writing. A one-time tool is a one-time price, and if I can't build it, there's no charge. Texting and hosting have a small monthly bill in your own name, and I'll show you that number up front too.

Let's talk

Tell me what's eating your time.

One free call, or a free 2-minute video of what this would look like in your chiropractic office. If there's nothing worth building, I'll tell you that too.
