Privacy policy

Praxis AI Solutions is my one-person business in Mason City, Iowa. I'm Chris Poulos. When this page says "I" or "me," that's who it means.

What I collect

• What you send through the contact form or the free 2-minute check: your name, your business, your phone number or email, your answers, and anything you write in the message box.
• What you send when you call, text, or email me.
• A basic visit log. Like almost every website, the server notes each page request: the page, the time, your IP address (the number your internet connection uses), and your browser type. The log is deleted automatically after about two weeks. I use it only to keep the site working and safe.

What I don't collect

• No ad trackers, no tracking cookies, and no Google Analytics.
• The trade demos and sample tools run in your own browser. Anything you type into them, like your business name, stays on your device. It isn't sent to me.

What I use it for

To answer you, set up your free walkthrough, and send the write-up and price you asked for. If you hire me, to do the work and bill for it. That's all. There's no newsletter, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their marketing. That includes phone numbers and any permission you give to get texts. A few services carry it on the way to me:

• FormSubmit delivers the contact form to my email inbox.
• My email provider stores the emails I get.
• Hostinger runs the server this site is on.

Each one handles information under its own privacy policy. I'll also share information if the law requires it.

If you hire me: your customers' information

The tools I build run on your systems and your accounts, so your customer records stay with your business. I only work with them when you ask me to build or fix something, and I don't keep copies. The details for each job go in the written agreement we both sign.

Texts from a business that uses a tool I built

If a business uses a texting tool I built for it, that business sends the texts from its own account, and its privacy policy covers them. Reply STOP to any of those texts to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages while we're in touch. If you hire me, I keep project and billing records as long as tax law requires. Ask me any time and I'll delete the rest.

Your choices

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email or call me. I'll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
